In the heart of the lively Chinatown of the 13th arrondissement, at 32 avenue de Choisy, Imperial Choisy is a true institution that has served authentic Cantonese cuisine since 1981. Several generations of owners and diners have passed through this emblematic, timeless address of Parisian Chinatown.

The dining room is open every day from noon to 11 pm, and tables are simply booked by telephone. Two signature dishes have made the house's reputation: crispy pork and lacquered duck, faithful to the Cantonese tradition. More than forty years after it opened, Imperial Choisy remains one of the neighbourhood's reference addresses, where the consistency of the cooking is handed down from one generation to the next.
