Le Servan is a Paris restaurant opened in 2014 by two sisters, half French and half Filipina: Tatiana Levha, head chef, and Katia Levha, sommelier and general manager. Set on rue Saint-Maur in the 11th arrondissement, this neo-bistro serves French cooking lifted by an Asian twist, with an emphasis on organic, local produce, a wide wine selection and flavours full of character. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. The two sisters have also opened Double Dragon, a few doors down the same street.
