After traveling the world for several years, founders Nicolas Alary and Sarah Mouchot found themselves in Melbourne, where they immersed themselves in the vibrant Australian café culture. Inspired to bring that experience back to Paris, they opened HolyBelly in 2014 in the trendy 10th arrondissement.
