On Square Gardette, in the 11th arrondissement, Bar Principal is run by the Franco-Brazilian duo Ninon Lecomte and Lucas Baur de Campos. This finely made green hooded sweatshirt carries the bar's logo on the front and, on the back, the true remedy drawn by Ninon: a serpent and a vial, symbols of healing. After the Brutos restaurant in 2017, Lucas Baur de Campos and Ninon Lecomte opened the Bar Principal a few years later in the adjoining space, still facing Square Gardette in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It's a tribute to the Brazilian "boteco," the duo's country of origin, which offers precise snacks like tapioca cubes and their famous "not smash burger." The menu features a selection of expertly crafted cocktails and natural wines for the beginning, middle, and end of the evening.
