Cravan 6e

Cravan is an avant-garde cocktail institution housed in a 17th-century townhouse redesigned by Ramy Fischler, on boulevard Saint-Germain, in the heart of the literary district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Opened in 2023 under the direction of Franck Audoux, Cravan 6e is the second address of this cocktail powerhouse and carries on the art of crafting modern cocktails in a historic setting.

The innovative menu unfolds over three floors, each offering an experience of its own. Conceived in the spirit of the Dadaist movement, the venue creates a dreamlike atmosphere where modernity and heritage meet. Behind the classical exterior opens a whimsical four-level space, which makes Cravan an essential destination for lovers of cocktails and design.
