After the Brutos restaurant in 2017, Lucas Baur de Campos and Ninon Lecomte opened the Bar Principal a few years later in the adjoining space, still facing Square Gardette in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It's a tribute to the Brazilian "boteco," the duo's country of origin, which offers precise snacks like tapioca cubes and their famous "not smash burger." The menu features a selection of expertly crafted cocktails and natural wines for the beginning, middle, and end of the evening.
