Brasserie Campion
For its first fine escape outside Paris, La Nouvelle Garde is heading for the Lille region, where it is delighting diners with a wide range of beautifully crafted franchouillard paraphernalia. A veritable house of riparian pleasures, it draws on the surrounding terroir to create great brasserie classics such as leek-vinaigrette or pureed sausage, as well as culinary monuments of the north such as carbonnade or Welsh croquettes.
