Brasserie Charlie
Between earthly pleasures and iodized fish, Brasserie Charlie brings a deliciously refreshing breeze to the west of Paris. This veritable taste-building subtly swirls around the sea spray with a scaly shell. While their eggs-mayo, French-raised snails and homemade sausage-purée are still the order of the day, there's also a delicious wave of iodine on the plate. The Rolls Royce of French oysters sits alongside other guests such as whelks, half-clams and other creams of the sea. We also invite you to share dishes that put conviviality back at the center of the table, such as veal chop with forest sauce or American-style monkfish cuddled with a lobster bisque.
