Founded in 2019 by Charles Ganem and Samuel Nataf, Dumbo now has two locations in Paris serving their famous "smash burger" signature dish, which earned them a Le Fooding award in 2020. Dumbo's niche? A short menu and simple, highly mastered recipes made from well-sourced ingredients. It's a sharp tribute to the classic American dish that led Dumbo to collaborate with iconic Parisian establishments such as Septime or Folderol.
