Florence

Florence is a specialty coffee shop in Luxembourg's Gare quartier operating since June 2021. 
We are proud to say we make frequent trips to east Africa to source beans from Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Burundi, and in some cases we are able to buy coffee directly from the farmers themselves. Paying fair prices is important to us, as is the treatment of coffee pickers and growers, that's why we try our best to keep strong ties with the farmers and producers we buy green coffee from. 
Our coffee stock sits in Brussels where our dear friends Bram and Yumi - otherwise known as Parlor Coffee Roasters - handle our roasting. 
Florence is also open in the evening for some small seasonal plates and natural wines.
We are that friendly place on the corner where people in the neighborhood feel at home!
