David Chang is the chef and founder of Momofuku. Called one of “the most influential people of the 21st century” by Esquire, the Chef has appeared on numerous television shows including The Mind of a Chef, Ugly Delicious, and The Next Thing You Eat. His cookbook, Momofuku, is a New York Times bestseller.

In 2004, he opened his first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar, in the East Village of New York City. Noodle Bar serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed bread, soft serve, and daily dishes. They expanded to Uptown at Columbus Circle.
