The Cambridge Public House

On rue de Poitou, in the Marais, the name "Cambridge Public House" stands out: an English pub in the heart of Paris, with a twist. Named one of the best cocktail bars in the world, it serves some of the most innovative cocktails in the capital. Two friends, Hugo Gallou and Hyacinthe Lescoët, founded it in 2019 after working in London.

Under the motto "Tradition & Transition", the bar combines traditional techniques with a modern outlook, an ever-changing menu and cocktails as sustainable as possible. At the counter, enjoy a cocktail made with seasonal, local produce or a pint of Guinness, not forgetting the hot sausage roll.
