Shipping and Returns Policy

At GIFTSHOP, we ensure that every parcel is prepared and shipped with the utmost care. All our souvenirs are carefully packed and dispatched from Paris to reach you in impeccable condition. Our team takes great pride in ensuring that every item arrives as beautifully preserved as when it left our workshop.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times exclude preparation time, which typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

• Standard Delivery within France or Europe: 2 to 6 business days
• Standard Worldwide Delivery: 6 to 12 business days
• Express Delivery Worldwide: 2 to 4 business days

While we strive to meet and exceed all delivery expectations, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier service disruptions or customs clearance processes for international shipments.

Important Information

• Customs Fees: Shipping costs do not include customs fees or import taxes, which may apply for some international destinations. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office, and we regret that we have no control over these charges.
• International Deliveries: As all our items are carefully prepared and shipped from Paris, shipping abroad may incur higher costs and longer transit times.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your GIFTSHOP purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags intact.
• Packaged in the original box or protective material.

Please contact us at valois@giftshop.club to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your package back to us.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of defective or incorrect items. For voluntary returns (e.g., a change of mind), the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
