Dreamin Man

Founded in 2019, Dreamin Man is a small family-run café on rue Amelot, near place de la République, led by Yuichiro Sugiyama and his wife Yui Matsuzaki, the pastry chef. With just three round tables and a few seats at the counter, customers wait patiently for the chance to savour the house's exceptional coffee.

The minimalist look of the place, one side tiled, the other left bare, offers a haven of calm away from the bustle of the city. The coffees are many, the result of a decision to favour coffee over an extensive menu, and Yuichiro's sincere dedication to brewing enriches the experience. The house also has two other addresses, on rue Perrée and rue Coquillère.
