At Alléno Paris - Pavillon Ledoyen

A hidden oasis in the eastern region of the iconic Champs-Élysées lies the mythical Pavillon Ledoyen. Guided by culinary giant Yannick Alléno, the maison has become the most Michelin-starred independent institution in the world. Chef Alléno, who proudly holds 17 Michelin stars across 19 restaurants , planted his roots at this historical monument in 2014, which now houses not one, but three Michelin-starred restaurants: Alléno Paris (3 stars), L’Abyssée (2 stars), and Pavyllon Paris (1 star).

Pavillon Ledoyen not only serves up visionary cuisine straight from the head and hands of Chef Alléno himself but is revolutionary in every detail -from location and presentation to service - curating an unmatched guest experience.

We had the unique opportunity to visit this legendary location and meet some of the dedicated individuals who ensure the smooth operation of Alléno Paris, including the staff and chefs devoted to maintaining the 3 Michelin stars they have earned. Not only were we able to meet the team, but we were also fortunate enough to shake hands and capture Chef Yannick Alléno alongside his crew.

We toured Pavillon Ledoyen, capturing the intimate beauty of the Alléno dining room, and the impressive gardens that transport the institution outside of the bustling city, into tranquil nature. We also had the pleasure of venturing into the kitchens of one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, and capturing unprecedented behind-the-scenes images.
