Created with the Paris neo-bistrot Dandelion, the Tue Coq kitchen knife is made by La Fourmi, a cutlery house founded in 1899 and led by four generations of artisans. A contoured wooden handle and stainless steel bolster bring comfort and durability, and the blade is engraved with both La Fourmi and Dandelion marks.
Beautifully balanced, it reflects the philosophy of chef Antoine Villard and sommelier Morgane Souris: honest ingredients, impeccable technique, a shared meal.

Dandelion is a charming néo-bistro located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, opened in 2024 by Chef Antoine Villard and Morgane Souris. This culinary institution offers a concise menu of elegant and refined dishes that revisit classic French recipes while serving inventive cuisine crafted from quality seasonal produce. Each plate is designed to create harmonious flavours, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Alongside the food, Dandelion features a thoughtfully curated list of natural wines that perfectly complement the contemporary menu. The interior boasts raw concrete walls and a minimalist aesthetic, creating a modern yet inviting atmosphere that feels like a warm and welcoming bistro. At Dandelion, guests can enjoy a unique blend of sophistication and comfort in the heart of Paris.
