Opened in 2025 by César Gourdou and Nicolas Saltiel, this vinyl bar and restaurant pairs a bespoke high-fidelity sound system with a curated record collection, set against warm lighting, leather banquettes, green marble, and original moldings and mirrors.

In the kitchen, Chef Cynthia Frebour crafts a short, seasonal menu with a distinctly Mediterranean sensibility: modern, gourmet, and built around the best of the moment.
