HolyBelly

After several years travelling the world, Nicolas Alary and Sarah Mouchot found themselves in Melbourne, where they immersed themselves in Australia's effervescent café culture. Keen to bring that experience back to Paris, they opened HolyBelly in 2014 on rue Lucien Sampaix, in the 10th arrondissement. The café is devoted to breakfast and lunch, with genuine care for quality, freshness and seasonal produce: fluffy pancakes, perfectly poached eggs and house-made granola, all prepared with care by head chef Sarah Mouchot. The atmosphere is lively, the staff welcoming, and the large shared tables let regulars linger over their meal and chat, in a convivial spirit.
