On a tree-lined corner of the 20th arrondissement, Dandelion is the neo-bistrot of Chef Antoine Villard (ex-Septime) and sommelier Morgane Souris (ex-Parcelles). Its cap is cut from soft velour corduroy, with the logo embroidered in white, the name on the back, an adjustable strap and a sleek curved brim. Silver metal trims embossed with the GIFTSHOP Penguin complete a high-quality piece made for years of wear.
Dandelion
Dandelion is a neo-bistro in the 20th arrondissement, on rue des Vignoles, opened in 2024 by chef Antoine Villard and Morgane Souris, who looks after the cellar. The house offers a concise menu of elegant, refined dishes that revisit classic French recipes with invention, built on chosen seasonal produce. Every plate seeks harmony of flavour.
Alongside, Dandelion offers a thoughtfully assembled list of natural wines to match this contemporary cooking. The interior, with its raw concrete walls and minimalist aesthetic, creates a modern, welcoming atmosphere, that of a convivial bistro. In summer, the terrace is our favourite table. At Dandelion, guests find a rare blend of sophistication and comfort.
