Since 1997, Bertrand Auboyneau has run Bistrot Paul Bert in the 11th arrondissement, whose walls have long been hung with the paintings of his friend Michel Tolmer. The house logo sits over the heart of this finely made, 100% organic cotton piece, and a Tolmer artwork, with the bistrot's contact details, fills the back.
