Le Servan is a restaurant in Paris opened by two sisters, half French half Filipina: Tatiana, executive chef and Katia, sommelier and general manager. The neo-bistro in the 11th Arrondissement offers french food with an asian twist, focusing on organic and local products with a great wine selection and amazing flavors. The sisters also opened Double Dragon few numbers down the street.
