Brasserie Martin
In the 11th arrondissement, at the junction of rue Saint- Ambroise and rue du Général Guilhem, you'll find the Brasserie Martin.  Here you can open-air dining under an incredible glass roof, or squat their double terrace, which welcomes the sun from morning to evening, with the added bonus of a view over the square. The Rotisserie is the centerpiece of the house. Every day, the Sunday staple, the sacrosanct roast chicken; and every evening, insane shareable specialties like Bourbonnais lamb or farmhouse ham.
