Grouvie

Grouvie is the cocktail bar perched on the second floor of the Brasserie des Prés, in the cour du Commerce-Saint-André, in the 6th arrondissement. Opened in 2023 by Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot, it entrusts its menu to Jennifer Le Nechet, world champion mixologist, under whose guidance the cocktails take on a whole new dimension. Each is named after a hit song, like the "Heart of Glass".

Every evening, in a resolutely groovy decor of warm hues, with the intimate feel of a modern boudoir, Grouvie invites night owls to sip and nibble to the beat of a wild disco playlist. No booking is needed, any night of the week.
