A Fairfax District original, Genghis Cohen has been serving NYC-style Chinese food to Angelenos and out-of-towners alike since ’83. Founded by music producer Allan Rinde, this was his ode to a cuisine readily available in his hometown of NYC, but harder to come by out west. For years Genghis Cohen has been recognized for the quality of their dishes alongside their world-famous Foo Foo Drinks.
