Impérial Choisy. A cornerstone of the 13th district of Paris and its Chinatown, this restaurant has been serving traditional Cantonese cuisine to its loyal customers since 1981. A must-visit in "Chinatown" that sees three generations of regular customers flocking every day to enjoy dim sums, noodle soups, and rotisseries.
