Established in 2019, The Dreamin Man is a small, family-run coffee shop nestled near the Place de le République, led by Yuichiro Sugiyama and his spouse Yui Matsuzaki. Despite its limited seating, with just three round tables and a few spots at the counter, patrons willingly endure the wait for a chance to savor the cafe's remarkable coffee. The café’s minimalist and non-uniform aesthetic, with one side featuring tiles and the other left untouched, serves as a tranquil retreat from the city's bustle. Their coffee options are plentiful, a benefit of the shop's decision to prioritize coffee over an extensive food menu.
