1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale apply without restriction or reservation to all online sales offered by GIFTSHOP on the website https://giftshop.club (the "Site").
The Site is an e-commerce platform that allows internet users (the "Buyers") to purchase products offered for sale on the Site (the "Products").
The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of online sales and delivery of the Products, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context. They are accessible and printable at any time via a direct link at the bottom of the Site’s page.
The applicable version of these general terms and conditions is the one available online on the date of the Buyer's order, a copy of which is sent with the order confirmation.

3. Legal Capacity and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
3.1 Legal Capacity
The Site is accessible:
- To any natural person with full legal capacity to be bound by these general terms and conditions. A person who does not have full legal capacity may only access the Site with the consent of their legal representative.
- To any legal entity acting through a natural person who has the legal capacity to contract on behalf of and in the name of the legal entity.
3.2 Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The Buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions is confirmed by checking a box during the payment process. This acceptance must be full and unconditional. Any conditional acceptance shall be considered null and void.
A Buyer who does not agree to be bound by these terms must not place an order on the Site.
4. Registration on the Site
The Buyer may place an order without creating an account or by registering on the Site.If registering, the Buyer must provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Buyer agrees to update this information in case of any changes. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
5. Product Characteristics
The Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, variations in color may exist between the photos and the actual Products.
6. Order
The Buyer must provide a valid delivery address and a valid payment method. Order validation implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes. The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- ShopPay
- Other payment methods available on the Site.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery Methods
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
8.2 Delivery Issues
In case of delay or loss, the Buyer must contact customer service at contact@giftshop.club. An investigation may be carried out with the carrier.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase from the date of receipt of their order. Returns are at the Buyer’s expense, except in the case of a defective Product.
10. Legal Guarantees
The Buyer benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. If a defect is found, the Buyer must contact contact@giftshop.club and provide supporting evidence (photos).
11. GIFTSHOP’s Liability
GIFTSHOP shall not be held responsible for temporary service interruptions or delays caused by external circumstances or force majeure.
12. Personal Data
The Buyers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available here (https://giftshop.club/privacy). Shopify, as an e-commerce platform, may process certain Buyer data.
13. Governing Law and Mediation
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The Buyer may refer any dispute to a mediator, such as CM2C (https://www.cm2c.net (https://www.cm2c.net/)).
14. Changes to the Terms
GIFTSHOP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the Buyer’s order.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@giftshop.club if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
