The Knife Set

Set

Created with the Paris neo-bistrot Dandelion, the Tue Coq kitchen knife is made by La Fourmi, a cutlery house founded in 1899 and led by four generations of artisans. A contoured wooden handle and stainless steel bolster bring comfort and durability, and the blade is engraved with both La Fourmi and Dandelion marks.

Beautifully balanced, it reflects the philosophy of chef Antoine Villard and sommelier Morgane Souris: honest ingredients, impeccable technique, a shared meal.

Dandelion

Dandelion is a neo-bistro in the 20th arrondissement, on rue des Vignoles, opened in 2024 by chef Antoine Villard and Morgane Souris, who looks after the cellar. The house offers a concise menu of elegant, refined dishes that revisit classic French recipes with invention, built on chosen seasonal produce. Every plate seeks harmony of flavour.

Alongside, Dandelion offers a thoughtfully assembled list of natural wines to match this contemporary cooking. The interior, with its raw concrete walls and minimalist aesthetic, creates a modern, welcoming atmosphere, that of a convivial bistro. In summer, the terrace is our favourite table. At Dandelion, guests find a rare blend of sophistication and comfort.
