Established in 1987 at 57 rue des Petites-Écuries, in the 10th arrondissement, Özlem charms its visitors with carefully prepared traditional kebabs that capture the essence of Anatolian cooking. Run by Edip Bolatoglu, with Taoufik Layaida in the kitchen, the house has only about twenty seats and takes no reservations: people come from Monday to Saturday, between 11.30 am and 4.30 pm, for the döner kebab, the signature dish of the address. Patience is a virtue here, but it is rewarded with authentic flavours and a dining experience that leaves guests eager to return.
