Mercato is the new baby of Fred Semerdjian. After nurturing the locals of the Notre-Dame-Du-Mont neighborhood in Marseille with his sulfite-free natural wine cellar (winesucker), Fred is moving a few doors down to give his all. The wines are still the finest in Marseille, that hasn't changed. What's new is the arrival of a new player: Justine Pruvot. An independent chef, she sets up her knives at Mercato and serves 100% plant-based dishes. Head in the garden.
