St. JOHN
St. John is a restaurant located in London. It was opened in 1994 by Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver, and has since become well-known for its unique approach to British cuisine, which emphasizes simplicity, quality ingredients, and a nose-to-tail ethos.

The menu at St. John changes frequently to reflect the seasons and the availability of ingredients, but typically includes dishes such as roasted bone marrow, pigeon with savoy cabbage, and whole roasted suckling pig. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list featuring both classic and lesser-known producers.

In addition to the restaurant, St. John has a bakery, a wine company, and a bar. The original location of the restaurant is in Smithfield, and there is also a second location in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden.
