Tapisserie is a seasonal artisanal pastry shop, the latest addition to the Septime family. All cakes are made on-site. The flours come from organic agriculture and are stone-ground. The dairy, eggs, and fruits come from farms that operate with respect for living things. Grocery products (chocolate, sugar, vanilla...) are traceable and come from fair trade sources. Several batches are made throughout the day, starting at 8:30 am with coffee and pastries. There's one on the right bank and one on the left bank.
