Brasserie Des Prés has taken root in the coveted Cour du Commerce Saint-André district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. With its rough-hewn wooden facade, charming Drucker furnishings and a generous counter overlooking the open kitchen... It has retained all the charm of the old, so much so that the emblematic pâté en croûte and puréed sausage rub shoulders here for the first time with the great bourgeois classics of traditional French cuisine, such as volaille au vin jaune or filet de boeuf sauce poivre. Perched on the top floor is Grouvie, their cocktail bar.
