From Brutos, the Le Coutale corkscrew is a finely engineered, multi-function tool for every bottle on the table. A capsule cutter on the handle trims foil or wax cleanly from the neck, the Teflon worm draws corks out in two gentle steps thanks to its patented system, and a bottle opener above the levers takes care of beer, soda and juice.
One elegant tool, whatever the evening brings.

Set in the lively 11th arrondissement of Paris, on rue du Général Renault near square Gardette, Brutos is the first creation of the duo Lucas Baur de Campos and Ninon Lecomte, opened in 2017. In this Brazilian-inspired steakhouse, the wood fire sits at the centre of the plate.
On the menu, exceptional meats cooked over the embers, starting with the Normandy rib of beef, to pair with a sharply chosen selection of natural wines put together by Ninon Lecomte, the house sommelier, while Lucas Baur de Campos runs the kitchen. Not forgetting the famous Sunday roast chicken and chips. Brutos welcomes guests in the evening, Wednesday to Sunday, from 7 pm to 11 pm, with bookings online.
