The Pin Set

€16

Six enamel pins bring the soul of Bouillon Pigalle to life, drawn by the famous artist Jean-Michel Tixier: a creamy œuf mayonnaise, a canned sardine, an elegant leek, a swirl of macaroni, a pâté with its cornichon, and the red sign that lights up Pigalle.

Presented on a postcard of the restaurant's façade, they are made to gift, to collect, or to wear on a jacket, bag or cap.

Bouillon

Bouillon Pigalle is a living institution of the 18th arrondissement, keeping alive the spirit of the great nineteenth-century Parisian bouillons. A short walk from the Moulin Rouge and the Sacré-Cœur, this popular spot, opened in 2017 by Pierre and Guillaume Moussié, faithfully revisits a tradition dear to Paris: generous meals, accessible to all, served in a lively, warm atmosphere.

Behind its large windows you find the soul of the old bouillons: iconic red banquettes, Gatti and Thonet chairs, waiters in traditional uniform. Much loved for its gentle prices, Bouillon Pigalle draws an eclectic crowd with a menu faithful to brasserie classics: leeks vinaigrette, eggs mayonnaise, beef bourguignon, duck confit and rice pudding.
