Since 1908, La Fontaine de Mars has served the dishes of Southwest France a few streets from the Eiffel Tower, beneath its red-and-white striped awning, with Chef Pierre Saugrain at the helm for more than 30 years. This white porcelain tray bears the house inscription within a checkered rim, a black label on its right side and black felt beneath. An elegant ashtray, or a home for small Parisian keepsakes.
