As its name suggests, the brasserie has close ties to beer and brewing. It was the innkeepers of Alsace-Lorraine, fleeing the German annexation of their region in the second half of the 19th century, who laid the foundations of brewing in Paris and opened its great beer embassies.
This Nouvelle Garde beer glass honors that heritage: places of soul, high spirits, steaming plates and conviviality. Raise it accordingly.
Nouvelle Garde
Nouvelle Garde is a band of young people fiercely defending the French art of living, one traditional brasserie at a time. Founded in 2019 by Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot, the group carries the promise of a new vision of the restaurant business, with a raison d'être at its very core: eating and drinking the French way. It now brings together eight addresses: Brasserie Bellanger, Brasserie Dubillot, Brasserie Martin, Brasserie des Prés, Grouvie, Brasserie Charlie, Brasserie Campion and Brasserie Barbotin. Opened one after another since 2019, they share the same promise: traditional French cooking, served in the spirit of the brasseries of old.
