A boxy black sweatshirt from the very first collection dedicated to Brasserie LIPP, with the logo embroidered on the front and a historic view of the brasserie on the back. Finely made and remarkably comfortable, it is a high-quality piece built for years of wear.

It is worn by the historic dining room team: Alain known as "Le Marseillais", Jean, Lionel Guerini known as "Le Corse", and Laurent.

In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Brasserie Lipp welcomes its guests every day, from 9 am to 2 am, in a unique setting that preserves the charm and French aesthetic of the early twentieth century. Founded in 1880 by Léonard Lipp at 151 boulevard Saint-Germain, it has become a temple of Parisian gastronomy. It serves traditional, bourgeois brasserie cooking in which the quality of the produce is paramount, today overseen by chef Pascal Jounault. Among its celebrated specialities are Bismarck herring, brandade de morue, choucroute garnie, roast chicken, blanquette de veau and tête de veau.
