In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Brasserie Lipp welcomes its guests every day, from 9 am to 2 am, in a unique setting that preserves the charm and French aesthetic of the early twentieth century. Founded in 1880 by Léonard Lipp at 151 boulevard Saint-Germain, it has become a temple of Parisian gastronomy. It serves traditional, bourgeois brasserie cooking in which the quality of the produce is paramount, today overseen by chef Pascal Jounault.
