A work of art for the floor: this limited-edition tufted rug from Bouillon Pigalle is an oversized, colourful rendering of the house's iconic egg mayonnaise, drawn by the beloved artist Jean-Michel Tixier, known for his vivid and animated characters.
Carefully crafted in a very limited run, it is a collectible to be touched and admired, bringing a warm, pop-art touch to a living room, entryway, studio or bedroom.
Bouillon
Bouillon Pigalle is a living institution of the 18th arrondissement, keeping alive the spirit of the great nineteenth-century Parisian bouillons. A short walk from the Moulin Rouge and the Sacré-Cœur, this popular spot, opened in 2017 by Pierre and Guillaume Moussié, faithfully revisits a tradition dear to Paris: generous meals, accessible to all, served in a lively, warm atmosphere.
Behind its large windows you find the soul of the old bouillons: iconic red banquettes, Gatti and Thonet chairs, waiters in traditional uniform. Much loved for its gentle prices, Bouillon Pigalle draws an eclectic crowd with a menu faithful to brasserie classics: leeks vinaigrette, eggs mayonnaise, beef bourguignon, duck confit and rice pudding.
