Tatiana and Katia Levha, French sisters of Philippine origin, have crafted a unique culinary universe in Paris with Double Dragon. Their blend of cultural heritage and culinary education breathes life into a captivating symphony of flavors, colors, and textures, which we aimed to capture with a small collection of t-shirts and accessories.
Tatiana, trained at L'Arpège and L’Astrance, brings expertise and finesse to their cuisine, while Katia, with her hospitality training in Switzerland, notably honed her skills at the Mandarin Oriental in London.
In 2014, the sisters opened Le Servan, which quickly became a touchstone in Parisian gastronomy. Four years later, Double Dragon was launched.
Double Dragon is not just a restaurant. It's a celebration of their dual heritage and their love for bold flavors. The dishes, influenced by both the Philippines and France, brim with creativity. And their natural wine list is meticulously curated to complement their culinary offerings.
The place is welcoming, with a soft ambiance, warm reception, and friendly service.
For Tatiana and Katia, being restaurateurs is not merely about serving meals. It's about telling a story through flavors, aromas, and ambiance, sharing the richness of their culture with those who visit Double Dragon, where each dish is an invitation to a vivid and delicious journey.
Together with them, we envisioned two t-shirts and two bandanas and also breathed new life into their uniforms. These were reclaimed, washed, and personalized with the iconic Double Dragon logo in a unique color gradient for each. It's clear these aren't pristine new t-shirts; they're garments with a special patina, each bearing its unique shade, "scars", and undeniable character.
