GiftShop presents "Institutions", our tribute series to iconic hospitality places around the world.
For our first collection dedicated to the city of Paris, we kick off with the restaurant Impérial Choisy. A cornerstone of the 13th district of Paris and its Chinatown, this restaurant has been serving traditional Cantonese cuisine to its loyal customers since 1981. A must-visit in "Chinatown" that sees three generations of regular customers flocking every day to enjoy dim sums, noodle soups, and rotisseries.
