Since opening in 2022, Bistrot des Tournelles has quickly become a favourite address in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. Run by Édouard Vermynck, with Geoffroy Langella in the kitchen, this warm bistro is known for its authentic French cooking: a menu that celebrates seasonal produce, meat dishes and Beaujolais wines, with classics such as œufs mayonnaise with black truffle and cordon bleu.
