The Le Coutale corkscrew is a multi-function bottle opener: its capsule cutter located on the handle of the corkscrew allows for clean cutting of capsules or wax covering the corks and the neck of wine bottles. The Teflon worm allows for a two-step extraction of corks, according to the patented system described above. And its bottle opener positioned above the levers allows for quick uncapping of beer, soda, and other juice bottles.

Après le restaurant Brutos en 2017, Lucas Baur de Campos et Ninon Lecomte ouvrent quelques années plus tard le Bar Principal dans le local attenant, toujours face au Square Gardette dans le 11ème à Paris. Un hommage aux « boteco » brésilien, pays d’origine du duo, qui offre grignotages de haute précision comme les dés de tapioca et leur fameux « not smash burger ».
Carte de cocktails et de vins natures pointue pour début, milieu et fin de soirée.
