The Le Coutale corkscrew is a multi-function bottle opener: its capsule cutter located on the handle of the corkscrew allows for clean cutting of capsules or wax covering the corks and the neck of wine bottles. The Teflon worm allows for a two-step extraction of corks, according to the patented system described above. And its bottle opener positioned above the levers allows for quick uncapping of beer, soda, and other juice bottles.
After the Brutos restaurant in 2017, Lucas Baur de Campos and Ninon Lecomte opened the Bar Principal a few years later in the adjoining space, still facing Square Gardette in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It's a tribute to the Brazilian "boteco," the duo's country of origin, which offers precise snacks like tapioca cubes and their famous "not smash burger." The menu features a selection of expertly crafted cocktails and natural wines for the beginning, middle, and end of the evening.
