In the brasseries of Nouvelle Garde, the ravier sees a parade of French classics all day long: eggs mayonnaise, leeks vinaigrette and other delicious, regressive starters. This is the one in ochre, straight from their tables.
Small, cheerful and made for everyday service, it brings the easy pleasure of the Paris brasserie home, whatever you decide to serve in it.
Nouvelle Garde
Nouvelle Garde is a band of young people fiercely defending the French art of living, one traditional brasserie at a time. Founded in 2019 by Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot, the group carries the promise of a new vision of the restaurant business, with a raison d'être at its very core: eating and drinking the French way. It now brings together eight addresses: Brasserie Bellanger, Brasserie Dubillot, Brasserie Martin, Brasserie des Prés, Grouvie, Brasserie Charlie, Brasserie Campion and Brasserie Barbotin. Opened one after another since 2019, they share the same promise: traditional French cooking, served in the spirit of the brasseries of old.
