In the heart of the 9th arrondissement, Le Bon Georges has built its reputation on exceptional French produce and a cellar of more than 2,000 references. This large flat plate, born from the meeting of two houses devoted to their craft, is porcelain by Bernardaud, a family manufacture since 1863, with a generous 27 cm diameter.
Refined and quietly beautiful, it is made for a main course, served the Parisian way.
Le Bon Georges
Le Bon Georges is an emblematic address tucked away on rue Saint-Georges, in the 9th arrondissement. Since opening in 2014, the bistro has celebrated the great principles of modern French cuisine inherited from Auguste Escoffier: refined, unpretentious cooking, made in-house. The team works with French livestock farmers, coastal fishermen practising sustainable fishing, winemakers and artisans, and builds every dish from exceptional, locally sourced produce.
The menu changes daily with the seasons and the inspiration of chef Loïc Lobet. The carefully assembled cellar promises fine discoveries on every visit. Authentic, lively and warm, Le Bon Georges is a place for sharing, for lovers of good food and good wine.
