Two glossy sheets celebrate the culinary icons of Bouillon Pigalle, all drawn by the beloved artist Jean-Michel Tixier. The first gathers a proud egg, a steaming orange cocotte, a cheerful macaroni, a giant profiterole, a ham-and-cheese bun and the Bouillon logo; the second, a parade of lively fruits and vegetables, arms and legs in motion.
For a notebook, a laptop, or the fridge door.

Bouillon Pigalle is a living institution of the 18th arrondissement, keeping alive the spirit of the great nineteenth-century Parisian bouillons. A short walk from the Moulin Rouge and the Sacré-Cœur, this popular spot, opened in 2017 by Pierre and Guillaume Moussié, faithfully revisits a tradition dear to Paris: generous meals, accessible to all, served in a lively, warm atmosphere.
Behind its large windows you find the soul of the old bouillons: iconic red banquettes, Gatti and Thonet chairs, waiters in traditional uniform. Much loved for its gentle prices, Bouillon Pigalle draws an eclectic crowd with a menu faithful to brasserie classics: leeks vinaigrette, eggs mayonnaise, beef bourguignon, duck confit and rice pudding.
