Brasserie Des Prés

It is in the much coveted Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, in the cour du Commerce Saint-André, that Brasserie Des Prés put down roots in 2023, under the impulse of Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot, founders of La Nouvelle Garde. Raw timber façade, charming Drucker furniture, a broad counter looking straight down into the open kitchen: it has kept all the charm of the old.

So much so that the emblematic pâté en croûte and sausage and mash rub shoulders here for the first time with the great bourgeois classics of French cooking, such as poultry in vin jaune or fillet of beef with pepper sauce. Open every day from 11.30 am to midnight, the house also shelters Grouvie, its cocktail bar, on the top floor.
