At Brasserie Dubillot, the large torpilleur takes pride of place at the center of the table, gathering the hungry around generous French-style dishes to share: entrecôte with pepper sauce, poultry with Albufera sauce, pork chop or leg of lamb from the barbecue.
An icon of the brasserie's large tables, now yours to fill at home, for long lunches and lively dinners. Appetite, as ever, not included.

On rue Saint-Denis, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, Brasserie Dubillot and its sister restaurants of La Nouvelle Garde are modernising the classic French brasserie. Opened in 2021 by Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot, this new institution of 220 covers quickly established itself as a neighbourhood favourite, thanks to simple bistro cooking made with quality, seasonal produce.
The house speciality is grilled meat, cooked over a charcoal grill by chef Céleste Martin. The playful, kitsch decor, as much as the excellent food, breathes new energy into the French culinary tradition, every day of the week.
